Glue Film works great on wood and plastic!
Print Project Instructions
Supplies:
8 ½” x 11” sheet of Glue Film
Various wood and plastic game pieces
Malma mirror – Ikea
Adirondack Acrylic Dabber in Pitch Black – Ranger Industries
Scissors
Heat gun
Instructions:
- Paint the entire mirror frame with the black acrylic paint.
- Once the mirror is dry, use the scissors to cut out shapes from the Glue Film that are slightly smaller than the game pieces.
- Use the heat gun to warm the area of the frame where the first game tile will be placed, then lay the Glue Film piece for that tile down onto the area. Warm it again with the heat gun until the film liquefies, then quickly place the game tile on top of the film and apply pressure. Continue working in this manner until all of the game tiles have been applied.
- Once the film has cooled, the tiles are adhered. No more waiting hours for the glue to dry!
