Tool Required:  NDG Window Curing Station

Summary:  The Professional FAST Cure Method of Assembly allows you to build and solder your entire window first and then heat multiple sections of your panel at once.

1. Cut the NO Days Glaze to the match the length of your metal came.

2. Insert the NO Days Glaze into your metal came channel.

3. Cut your Glass to compensate for the thickness of the NO Days Glaze. Each Edge of your glass piece must be cut short by 1/32” (0.030”)(0.76mm) so your overall length is short by 1/16” (0.060”)(1.52mm).  For example, the Diagram A below represents cutting a piece of glass 12” x 12” (304.8mm x 304.8mm).  Diagram B is a cross section of the glass, metal came, and NO Days Glaze (NDG) setup before heating.
