Glue Guns, Liquid & Tacky Adhesives and Cements are messy, take time to cure, require clean up, and leave you with an inconsistent and weak bond.  Glue Guns, Tacky & Liquid Adhesives and Cements are often never ready to be immediately used and leave your projects and work station with an undesired mess to clean up.  Glue Film is always ready (out-of-the package) to be cut to match your bonding area while using clean approach.

Glue Film can be easily cut to match your desired mounting outline using a razor blade, electric cutting machine, shape punches, hole punches, scissors, or die cut machine.

Traditional glue gun, cement, tacky or liquid adhesive products are difficult to work with and either have fume byproducts or leave glue in undesired areas (including your hands).  Glue Film allows you to pre-form your glue to match your desired application area.

Glue Film is available in 8.5” x 11.0” (21.6cm x 27.9cm) or 12.0" x 12.0" (30.5cm x 30.5cm) Sheets in the following colors:

  • Clear
  • Black
  • Pewter

What does Glue Film Eliminate?gluefilm 2008 a.jpg

  • Inconsistent glue thickness and weak bond
  • Glue outside of your desired bonding area
  • Time to cure
  • Material waste
  • Clean up around your bonding area
  • Clean up around your workstation
  • Fume Byproducts

What does Glue Film Add?

  • Consistent glue thickness
  • Uniform strong bond
  • No clean up
  • Indefinite shelf life
  • Ability to cut your glue film to your desired outline
  • Ability to re-work (Reposition your object)gluefilm 2008 c.jpg

Ability to Reposition

A unique characteristic of Glue Film is evident in its ability to be repositioned.  Once you have bonded your material with Glue Film and you do not like where it is re-positioned after it has cured, simply just re-heat and move your object to your desired location.  With traditional glue gun, cement, or liquid adhesive products, once they have cured, you may damage your material surface by attempting to reposition.
