5 basic steps when curing a stained glass window

For stained glass windows built with either NO Days Pre-Glaze
or NO Days Glaze, simply lower down the curing station on top
(making contact with your came), heat and then remove.
Your window is now cured and ready for transport of installation.

1. Assemble your Stained Glass Window with NO Days Glaze or for faster assembly, NO Days Pre-Glazed Lead and Zinc Products
2. Solder your Joints (uneven solder joints will result in longer cure times)
3. Allow the NO Days Universal Curing Station to heat up
4. Gently place the NO Days Universal Curing Station on top of your window for approximately 10 minutes and then remove the curing station. Heating time may slightly vary due to overall size of your stained glass window or face size of metal came used. Heat Transfer goes through metal came and allows the NO Days Glaze compound to flow under heat.
5. Allow your window to briefly cool to fully cure before removing from your workstation. The NO Days Universal Curing Station is immediately ready to cure another window.
4 basic steps when curing a mosaic

For mosaics built with either NO Days Mosaic Adhesive Film
or NO Days Mosaic Mesh, simply lay down the curing station on top,
heat and then remove. Your mosaic is now cured and ready
for transport and installation.

1. Lay down your glass or tiles pieces on top of either the NO Days Mosaic Adhesive Film or the NO Days Mosaic Mesh
2. Allow the NO Days Universal Curing Station to heat up.
3. Gently lay down the NO Days Universal Curing Station on top or your glass or tile pieces for approximately 10 minutes and then remove the curing station. Heating time may slightly vary due to overall size of your mosaic as well as thickness of glass or tiles being used. Heat will transfer through your glass or tile pieces activating the NO Days Mosaic Adhesive Film or NO Days Mosaic Mesh causing it to flow under heat.
4. Allow your mosaic to breifly cool before removing from your workstation. The NO Days Universal Curing Station is immediately ready to cure another mosaic.
