Finding felt impossible to glue? Not with Glue Film!

Print Project Instructions

Supplies:

8 ½” x 11” sheet of Glue Film

Wool Felt Flowers and leaves

Malma mirror – Ikea

Adirondack Acrylic Dabber in Pitch Black – Ranger Industries

Scissors

Heat gun

Instructions:

  1. Paint the entire mirror frame with the black acrylic paint.
  2. Once the mirror is dry, use the scissors to cut out circles from the Glue Film that are slightly smaller than the flower centers. Also cut out several small pieces to adhere the leaves.
  3. Use the heat gun to warm the area of the frame where the first flower will be placed, then lay a Glue Film circle down onto the area. Warm it again with the heat gun until the film liquefies, then quickly place a flower on top of the film and apply pressure. Continue working in this manner until all of the flowers and leaves have been applied.
  4. Once the film has cooled, the flowers and leave are adhered. No more waiting hours for the glue to dry!
