Therm-N-Stick Mosaic Film is a clear film substrate film coated one side with a proprietary heat activated adhesive film (tile side) and high tack pressure sensitive adhesive on the other side (surface mount) for quick horizontal or vertical adhesion to a wide range of substrates.  Therm-N-Stick allows manufacturers and studios the advantages of quickly heat applying their mosaic tiles to one side of the film while at the same time provide them the flexibility of securely transporting their mosaic patterns without worry of piece movement before final installation.

NDH 16071 and 230110 are specially formulated thermal bonding mesh products available in 2 types of adhesive phase-change (melt point) temperatures (interior or exterior) and allows for quick adhesion of glass, stone or tiles to the mesh substrate with the introduction of heat.   A key advantage of our NDH Thermal Bonding Mesh is in its ability to provide manufacturers a turnkey solution for quickly adhering materials to NDH's mesh substrate offering cost savings, flexibility, portability and handling of their design before final installation.

NDM 16071 and 230110 Films are specially formulated thermal bonding films available in 2 types of phase-change (melt point) temperatures (interior or exterior) and free standing film thicknesses (meet a variety of surface conditions).  NDM Film will adhere glass, tile or stone strongly to a wide range of commercially available substrates including MDF, Glass, Wood, Stone, Plastic, Drywall and Concrete which makes it an ideal solution for many glass, stone and tile mosaic assembly operations as well as textile manufacturing application.

NDG160 is a uniquely formulated glazing compound that provides enhanced bonding and sealing capabilities from glass to lead came, zinc came or routed wood channels.  NDG160 is available in pre-formed glazing strips (1/8" wide up to 1/4" wide) in large continuous rolls, pre-glazed inside of lead or zinc came or as bulk chips (NDG Glazing Machine Required) for glazing your own supply of lead or zinc came on-site.  The NDG160 material is available in black, pewter or clear and not only provides window, door and stained glass manufacturers increased longevity of their window designs (as well as prevent glass rattling over time), but also increases the productivity of their assembly packaged with a huge reduction in cure time by eliminating inconsistencies and mess found in traditional stained glass window glazing methods.
