NO Days ThinFuse is a thin dry-to-the-touch adhesive film designed for adhering glass tiles to glass substrates for fusible mosaic designs. The thin film form of ThinFuse allows you to apply a thin uniform adhesive layer to your glass substrate and design your glass tile pattern on top. Once finished designing your pattern, secure your glass tiles to the glass substrate with heat. Once briefly cooled and frit added to your grout lines, your mosaic is ready for fusing. Once fired, No Days Thinfuse is designed to fully burn off in your kiln leaving behind NO Residue! |  |

| How to create Fusible Mosaic Art with ThinFuse | A few easy steps! |
Step 1: Cut and clean the base layer of glass Step 2: Unroll a portion of the adhesive film. Adhesive has white paper release liner. Lay the glass on the adhesive film (there is a slight texture to the adhesive side) |  |
| Step 3: Use a razor blade or scissors to cut the adhesive film (with paper release liner) around the edges of the glass |  |
| Step 4: Turn the glass and adhesive over (still attached to the paper release liner). Burnish the edges and across the center of the release paper with the back of your fingernail, fid or pen. Rubbing the paper release liner against the glass will help the dry adhesive film transfer to the glass an not tear when peeling paper liner. |  |
| Step 5: Slowly begin peeling paper liner from corner or edge leaving behind the adhesive film on the glass surface. |  |
| Step 6: Place glass tile pieces on top of adhesive film. Apply heat using a standard heat gun or embossing heat tool. Adhesive film will begin to flow. Heat evenly to avoid thermal shock. Allow to briefly cool for adhesive to fully adhere glass tiles to glass substrate. If re-work of a particular piece or section of glass tile is required, re-apply heat and re-position or remove. Please note the activation temperature of ThinFuse is 160F / 71C. | |
| Step 7: Apply frit to grout space in between adhered glass tile pieces. |  |
| Step 8: Place your mosaic in a standard or microwave kiln to be fired. Thinfuse will burn off in the kiln leaving behind no residue! | |

| Create detailed Frit Designs or Adhere Foil to Glass Surfaces | |
An additional unqiue characteristic of ThinFuse is the ability to adhere foil and frit directly to glass surfaces for firing. For Frit, Thinfuse gives you the capability of cutting detailed patterns of adhesive film and then laying a pattern down on your glass surface. Apply frit on top of detailed adhesive pattern and apply heat. Once cured, shake off excess frit and you will be left with a detailed frit pattern on your surface of your glass ready for firing. For Foil, place ThinFuse between foil and glass substrate surface. Using a craft iron or household iron, apply heat to the top surface of foil causing the adhesive to flow. Once cooled, the foil with be adhered to your glass surface and ready for firing. Working with NO Days ThinFuse allows hobbyists and glass professionals the ability to create detailed mosaic patterns, frit patterns and foil patterns with ease and no mess! |  |
