GRAPHENOL AND INTRAGRAPH HEAT SPREADING FILMS

HEAT SPREADING GRAPHITE FILMS

Our line of Graphenol and IntraGraph heat spreader films are available in a range of graphite types, performance choices, film thicknesses, barrier film laminations and phase change coating options. Graphenol PCM and HS series offers ultra-high lateral (in-plane) heat spreading capabilities through the use of an extremely handling friendly and lightweight pryolytic film substrate. The PCM (phase change coated) version further allows for a signficant reduction in inteface surface resistance providing high heat transfer from device to substrate spreader.....and substrate spreader to heat disspating structure. IntraGraph PCM and HS series is a natural graphite foil available in thicker compositions ranging from 0.15mm to 0.27mm thick. At these thicknesses, IntraGraph is ideal for use in low power density applications where low cost considerations and larger interface gap filling is required. The PCM (phase change coated) version offers a significant benefit by reducing surface resistance and increasing thermal transfer over a range of pressures from 5 to 100 PSI.
